How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Your order will be compelted within 3-5 business days. If you request postage, your order will be shipped within this time frame. Upon postage, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you require your order urgently, please select "Express Postage". Please note, we have no control over "Australia Post" time frames and delays however we aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. 
Australia Post Estimated time frames are as follows: 
Sydney: 2-5 Business days 
Other startes: 3-6 Buisiness days

Can I personalise my own design that is not present on your page?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course! Please contact us by filling out the "contact us" form with your personlisation request and we can complete and send you a design of your own request. Please note, we cannot complete brands/copyright logos due to trademark reasons.

We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind.
If your item does not come as described or you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us directly by completing the "contact us" form.

Our products are made with care and posted via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be custom made.

Please ensure that you choose express postage if you require your order urgently. 
Unfortunately we have no control over delayed postage time frames once we hand your products to Australia Post.

Can I pick my order up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can pick your order up from our warehouse at Long Point NSW 2564. 
If you are wanting to pick up, please ensure that you click on "Add to cart" (NOT "Buy Now"). Click on the postage options drop down menu in your cart and change this to pick up. Once your order is complete we will contact you to discuss a pick up date/time.
